Equal Business Park (Building B)

The Building designed in a rectangular shape with the longer side placed parallel to Wielicka Street. It is a 6-storey Building with one underground level. The north-east corner of the Building has been slightly notched in order to fit into the building alignment. The ground floor has been partly withdrawn compared to the other floors in order to create an arcade and to make the structure of the Building more attractive. The entrance to the Building is located on the eastern facade, whereas the entrance to the ground floor garage on the northern facade with a slightly inclined ramp leading to it. The entrance to the underground garage has been designed on the south-east part of the plot with an open ramp inclined by 15%. The doorway of the Building has been designed on the northern side with a ramp of a 7% inclination and with the stairs on the southern side. A glass facade has been designed with regular horizontal stripes made of light-grey sandwich panels, located between the floors. The ground floor external walls are plastered in white color, whereas the aluminum joinery is dark -grey.
